•    Always go with milk that has less fat in it! Always go for low-fat or skim (fat-free milk). You can also try milk alternatives – rice, soy, and almond milk which contains heart-healthy fats. Whole milk is an unnecessary source of fat and too much can lead to being overweight and high cholesterol problems in the future such as heart disease.
